Powstało z inicjatywy osób zaangażowanych we wspomaganie rozwoju osób niepełnosprawnych i ich otoczenia.  Stowarzyszenie poprzez swoją działalność wspiera osoby  niepełnosprawne, aby zgodnie ze swoimi potrzebami i możliwościami, mogły jak najpełniej rozwijać własny potencjał osobowy i otwierać się na otaczającą ich rzeczywistość. Działania te mają na celu towarzyszenie osobom niepełnosprawnym w odkrywaniu głębi własnego człowieczeństwa i pomoc w odnalezieniu swojego miejsca w życiu.
Aktywnie współpracuje także z otoczeniem osób niepełnosprawnych, by twórczo inspirować świat osób pełnosprawnych, tak aby te dwa światy, mogły stać się jednym światem.
Podejmuje, wspiera i promuje inicjatywy o charakterze edukacyjnym, kulturalnym, społecznym, integracyjnym, rekreacyjnym, wypoczynkowym, terapeutycznym, rehabilitacyjnym itp. mające na celu szeroko rozumiane wyrównywanie szans osób pełno- i niepełnosprawnych.
Jest organizacją otwartą i dostępną dla osób o różnych światopoglądach, które pragną się włączyć w realizację celów Stowarzyszenia i w ten sposób przyczyniać się do wspierania osób niepełnosprawnych w każdym wieku.

The society was established on the initiative of people engaged in supporting the development of handicapped people and their environment. By its activity, the society supports handicapped people so they could fully develop their personal potential and be open to the surrounding reality, according to their needs and capabilities. These activities are aimed at accompanying the handicapped people in the process of exploring their own humanity and at helping them find their place in life.

The society actively cooperates with the environment of the handicapped people in order to creatively inspire their world so that these two worlds could combine into one.

The society takes up, supports and promotes initiatives of educational, cultural, social, integrational, recreational, holiday, therapeutic or rehabilitating character aimed at equalizing the chances of handicapped and non-handicapped people.

The society is an open organization, accessible for people having different world outlooks, but who want to participate in the realization of the Society's aims and by doing so, to support handicapped people of all ages.

L'association a été établi à l'initiative des personnes engagées au soutien des personnes handicapées et leur environnement. Par son activité, l'association soulage les personnes handicapées pour qu'elles puissent, conformément à leurs nécessités et possibilités, complètement développer son propre potentiel personnel et pour qu'elles puissent s'ouvrir à la réalité les entourant. Ces activités ont pour l'objet l'accompagnement des personnes handicapées à la découverte du profondeur de leur propre humanité et l'aide à la découverte de leur propre lieu dans la vie.

L'association coopère activement aussi avec l'entourage des personnes handicapées pour inspirer d'une manière créative le monde des personnes handicapées pour que ces deux mondes puissent devenir un seul monde.

L'association entreprend, soulage et promeut les initiatives de caractère éducatif, culturel, social, rééducatif, chômable, thérapeutique, concernant l'intégration et la réhabilitation etc. qui ont pour but d'égaliser les chances des personnes handicapées et des personnes non handicapées.

L'association est une organisation ouverte, accessible pour les personnes ayant différents point de vue sur la vie, qui veulent participer dans la réalisation des buts de l'association et aider les personnes handicapées de toute âge.
